Upon arrival, your tickets are validated at the main entrance after standard security checks; seating and dining access depend on the option you select.

Pets are not allowed inside the park. Photography, sound, and video recording are prohibited inside the paradium. You'll be requested to deposit all cameras, video cameras, camera phones, and all recording devices at the self-service locker hall near the entrance to the paradium before entering.

The venue is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible. Wheelchair-friendly facilities are available throughout Carnival Magic, including accessible vans, disabled parking, restrooms, wheelchair rentals, ramps, special pathways, lifts to most attractions, glass barriers for clear viewing, and wheeled Paradium seats. Electric car rental services are available within the Kingdom of Lights, making it easier and more comfortable for guests using wheelchairs to move around the park.

The 'River Carnival' parade show takes place at the River Palace Paradium (paraQde stadium) at 8:30pm, with the gate opening at 8pm, and runs for approximately 45 minutes; on selected pre-announced dates, an additional show may be held at 6:30pm, with the Paradium gate opening 30 minutes before the scheduled parade time. Bird of Paradise buffet dinner starts from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm. It may be extended from 5pm to 9pm on busy days. Guests who select the dinner buffet option will be picked up at 4:45pm. Please be ready at your hotel lobby at least 10–15 minutes in advance. Facilities: Free car parking, prayer rooms, ATM, currency exchange, petrol station, automobile servicing center, etc.
