Booking FAQs

The ground floor is accessible to people with limited mobility. However, there is no elevator serving the first and second floors. Guide dogs are allowed through the entire estate.

There is low connectivity within the castle; download your tickets in advance. Pets are not allowed inside the castle, gardens, and stables; they are in the park, on a leash. Since this is a historic site, certain rooms are exceptionally closed to visitors. Autumns and winters are exceptionally cold inside the castle. Plan accordingly. Entrance to the castle and gardens is free for: Children under 18 years old with family accompanied by an adult on an individual visit (on presentation of proof of identity). European Union nationals under 26 years of age on an individual visit (on presentation of an identity document and a European Union residence permit) For organized groups, admission is free from November to February for 6-17 year olds and 18-25 year olds from the European Union. From March to October, a reservation fee of €3 per person applies for these two categories.
