1:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Arrival & Registration. Our hospitality team will be on hand to assist and ensure a smooth start to your experience.
3:00 PM – 4:30 PM: Transfer to Festival Venue. Gold Ticket holders enjoy comfortable coach transfer, while Platinum Ticket holders have premium minivan transfer. Sit back and enjoy the scenic journey to the festival venue.
4:00 PM – 5:30 PM: Arrival & Warm Lanna Welcome. Arrive at the enchanting Pang Fan Rock’n River venue. Be greeted by our welcoming team and receive a traditional Lanna floral garland. Stroll through a beautifully illuminated Lantern Tunnel, accompanied by soft traditional music that sets the mood for an unforgettable evening.
4:30 PM – 6:30 PM: Cultural Workshops & Hands-on Experiences. Explore authentic Northern Thai traditions with interactive activities such as DIY Krathong or banana-leaf floral cup crafting, learning to create mini sky lanterns, crafting a traditional clay oil lamp (Phang Prateep), and experiencing a Lanna-style floral hair bun arrangement.
5:00 PM – 7:30 PM: Enjoy the festival's vibrant atmosphere as the evening progresses.
