Children 100 cm and under are free. Children's tickets apply to those between 1 and 1.4 meters tall. Senior citizen tickets are for individuals aged 60 and above, while student tickets are available to students under the age of 22 with a valid student ID (full-time school).

Witness a demonstration of the 118th-floor observation deck and the 126th-floor damper at the top of Shanghai. The performance hours at Tianshi 632 Art Space are from 8:55 AM to 9:45 PM daily, with the last entry time at 9:15 PM.

Performance content includes a 126-layer damper demonstration lasting 15 minutes. To reserve your spot for this unique experience, visit the self-service reservation machine on the 119th floor. Afterward, take the elevator to the 118th floor observation deck to continue exploring or queue to exit the museum.

The Shanghai Tower 118th Floor Observation Deck Ticket includes a souvenir consisting of a photo album and fridge magnet. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in this venue, and visitors with large luggage are requested to use self-service lockers available at the ticket office on the first floor or the shopping mall corridor on the second basement floor.
