- Booking cannot be partially refunded.
- The Cloud Walk experience requires meeting all the following conditions simultaneously.
- Weight: 120 kg (inclusive) or below
- Participants must wear flat sneakers or outdoor hiking shoes.
- Height: 1 meter and above
- Wearing high heels, slippers, or similar footwear is prohibited for this experience.
- Unused items can be refunded at any time.

The Cloud Walk experience requires meeting all the following conditions simultaneously.
Height: 1 meter and above
Age: 5–64 years old. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult to experience the Cloud Walk.
Weight: 120 kg (inclusive) or below
