Please carry a valid photo ID that matches the name on your ticket for verification purposes during boarding. Digital tickets are accepted — there’s no need to print them out. Dress comfortably for the evening weather conditions to ensure a pleasant experience.

Outside food or drinks are not permitted on board. Animals are not allowed, except certified service animals. Oversized luggage or bulky bags are not permitted aboard. Smoking is restricted to specific designated areas during the New Year’s Eve Cruise.

Certified service animals are welcome, but those still in training cannot be accommodated. Guests using standard wheelchairs can easily access the vessel's first level. The gangways at Pier 83 are designed to allow smooth boarding for electric wheelchairs and scooters. The onboard crew is trained to provide assistance during boarding and disembarkation if needed.

Boarding opens 30 minutes before departure; it’s best to arrive 45–60 minutes early for check-in and security screening. Cruises depart right on schedule. Guests who arrive late may reschedule but are not eligible for refunds. The route passes within close range of the Statue of Liberty, offering fantastic photo opportunities. Departure point: Pier 83, located at West 42nd Street and 12th Avenue, New York, NY 10036. Paid parking is available at Circle Line Sightseeing at Pier 83.
