The buses are wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible. Buses on the Green route are not accessible to wheelchair and pram/stroller users.

Dogs are allowed onboard if they are properly carried in portable kennels. Note: Praça dos Restauradores will not be operating on the last Sunday of the month. Specific details related to the add-ons in your tickets, like entry tickets, boat tours, night tours, and walking tours, will be shared post-booking. Green Route: Please note that the buses on our Green Route are not suitable for wheelchair users.
