Booking FAQs

The buses are wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible. Each bus can only accommodate one wheelchair at a time. Wheelchairs cannot be larger than 70cm wide, 120cm long, and 135cm high. If your wheelchair exceeds these measurements, contact the operator, who will assist you.

Please note that tours do not operate on Christmas, Dec 25. You do not have to use your 2-day pass over 2 consecutive days. Once the ticket is scanned and you have spent 1 day sightseeing with the pass, you have five extra days within which you can use the next 1 day. Please note that you must make use of your Harbor Cruise within 3 days from when you first scan your bus pass. Specific details related to the harbor cruise will be shared in the ticket post-booking.
