- On match days, the Bernabéu Tour will be available up to 5

From 12:00 noon on the day before a match until the stadium reopens the day after, the tour will include only the Museum and the panoramic view of the stadium
Dressing rooms and benches will remain closed
- The turf has been removed from the pitch
- Tickets are valid only for the selected date and time, as shown on the access ticket
- Please keep your ticket until the end of your visit, as staff may request it at the exit for capacity control purposes
- Wheelchair users: please note that the full Bernabéu Tour cannot be completed
- The tour includes numerous stairways, so it is not recommended to bring suitcases or baby strollers
- Animals are not allowed, except for guide dogs
- There is no luggage storage service available
- Access staff may request official documentation verifying children’s age (ID card, passport, etc
