Getting started

Meet your guide at the Eiffel Tower and head to your designated entrance (East, West, or South) based on your ticket type. Ensure you have a valid ID for entry, as it may be required for ticket validation. Expect some wait time at the security check, up to 2 hours during peak period. For this reason, your experience at the Eiffel Tower may lasts between 2 to 4 hours.

After your Eiffel Tower tour, head to the boarding point for the Seine River Cruise which is located at a 5-minute walking distance from the tower.

Keep in mind that smoking, large luggage, non-folding buggies/prams, big bags, baby strollers, rollerblades, scooters, skateboards, hoverboards, other large rolling objects (except foldable pushchairs, medical or assistance vehicles for persons with reduced mobility), sharp objects, glass bottles, padlocks, and cans are not allowed on this experience.

Keep in mind that smoking, large luggage, and pets (except for guide dogs) are not allowed on this experience.

The 1st and 2nd floors are wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

The summit floor of the Eiffel Tower is not wheelchair accessible.

Even with prepaid access, you might wait at the security check and for elevators on the ground and on the 2nd floor.

Please note you will not be able to purchase tickets to the summit on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower. If you wish to visit the summit, purchase these tickets prior to your visit.

Depending on the entry times of the Eiffel Tower, the itinerary order might vary.

This is an English-guided tour. Some guides may also speak additional languages, primarily French or Spanish, and may offer extra assistance when possible, though this cannot be guaranteed.

The summit of the Eiffel Tower is subject to closures or limited availability due to technical or crowd-related reasons. In case of unplanned closure, a partial refund for the difference between the 2nd and top floor ticket will be provided.

To comply with the rules, the river cruise boats host 300 people in good weather and 120 people in rainy weather.

You can enjoy the sightseeing cruise anytime depending on the expiry date on the ticket.
