This experience is generally not suitable for guests in wheelchairs or with significant mobility limitations, as boarding often involves steps and moving between uneven surfaces. Guests with reduced mobility should contact us or the operator in advance to confirm whether boarding and seating arrangements will work for them.

Outside food and drinks are usually not permitted on board, as snacks or lunch and drinks are already included. Smoking and vaping are not allowed on the vessel. Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals where local regulations allow.
