Minimum age to participate is 10 years; those under 18 require a parent or legal guardian’s presence. Sessions are supervised by professional instructors and safety divers. Medical restrictions may apply: participants with specific health conditions must have doctor’s approval. The facility supports guests with basic accessibility needs but for specialized assistance, advanced notice is recommended.

No previous diving experience required for entry-level sessions; Platinum package requires prior certification. The full scuba dive experience lasts about 2 hours, including training (approx. 50 minutes underwater). Admissions are non-refundable; rescheduling must be requested at least five days in advance. Participants must avoid flying or ascending to high-altitude locations (e.g., Burj Khalifa) for a minimum of 18–24 hours after the dive. All participants must follow Deep Dive Dubai’s safety rules, procedures, and guidance from staff at all times for everyone’s safety.
