Getting started

Arrive at Deep Dive Dubai, NAS Sports Complex, at least 30 minutes before your booking for check-in and a safety briefing. After completing your medical form and storing your belongings in a locker, your instructor will introduce the equipment and guide you through the initial steps.

Bring a printed or digital copy of your ticket for entry. If you have (or have had) any listed medical conditions, bring a signed and stamped Declaration of Fitness from your doctor. All participants must complete the mandatory medical liability and release forms in advance.

Entry is only valid for the person and time shown on the ticket; tickets cannot be reused or transferred. Meals and transfers are not included. Participation is not permitted for guests under 10 years of age. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Participation is not allowed if you are not in good general health or if you have certain medical conditions without a doctor’s clearance. Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited on the premises.
