Birds such as the Burrowing Owl and Okinawa Rail will catch your eye while you watch Humboldt penguins waddle along rocky shores.

- The DMM Kariyushi Aquarium is wheelchair accessible and allows entry for guide dogs with a certificate.
- Be aware that some exhibits may be closed temporarily due to renovations or animal health issues.
- No flash photography, tripods, selfie sticks, or monopods are permitted; certain areas also prohibit non-personal photography.
- The aquarium is open daily from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM until September 2025 and then adjusts its closing time to 7:00 PM starting October 2025.
