Getting Started
You can be picked up from your hotel or meet at the National Museum metro station. Please arrive ten minutes before departure since convoys do not wait for latecomers.
The route heads south toward Mesaieed on Highway 56, taking roughly 45 minutes. Your guide shares details about the upcoming activities during this drive.
Dune Bashing
At the Sealine dune corridor, the driver lowers tire pressure to 15 PSI for better grip. The vehicle handles 40-meter dunes at angles up to 45 degrees for about 30 minutes. Inform the driver if you prefer gentler slopes.
Sandboarding
Boards are provided at a tall dune stop where staff demonstrate safe techniques. You will descend 20-meter slopes in short bursts, with no lift system to return to the top.
Inland Sea
The convoy drives another 20 minutes to Khor Al Adaid, a UNESCO recognized reserve. Here the Arabian Gulf extends 10km inland surrounded by dunes rising up to 40 meters.
A 15-minute stop allows for photographs or wading in shallow water.
Refreshments & Return
Tea is served before the final 50-minute drive back to Doha. Guests return to their original pickup locations.
