Carry a valid ID with the name matching your booking. Bring a warm layer along, as it can get a little chilly out on the open water. Don't forget your camera - the island's coastline and the Atlantic make for postcard-worthy snapshots at sunset.

Carrying glass or breakable items on the boat is strictly prohibited. You're prohibited from feeding the wild animals while on the cruise. Non-folding wheelchairs, high-heeled shoes, and mobility scooters are not allowed on board.

The excursion is not accessible for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility.

Keep in mind that the dolphin sightings can't be 100% guaranteed, as the movements of the wildlife are unpredictable. For bookings made within 24 hours of the tour, pick-ups from your hotel cannot be guaranteed. In that case, you'll need to go to the boarding point on your own. Vegetarian meals can be accomodated with prior notice. However, gluten-free options cannot be guaranteed. Pick-ups from Puerto Calero are only available on Thursdays. The itinerary may change due to unforeseen changes in the weather, in which case you'll be provided an alternative date or a full refund. The start time of the tour depends on sunset and may vary throughout the year.
