Must Know

• The system does not provide services for changing the date (session) or the number of people. If you need to change the order content, please cancel the order and place a new order. The cancellation fee will be charged according to the cancellation policy, please be aware of it.
• Children under 3 years old can enter the park free of charge and must show their health insurance card. To maintain the safety of children under 3 years old, the ratio of accompanying caregivers to children is 1:3. Thank you for your cooperation.

• To experience riding the snow tube, you must be at least 130 cm tall. Those under 130 cm tall can enter the snow play area to experience making snowmen and playing in the snow.
• For safety reasons, people over 65 years old or those suffering from heart disease, pregnancy, high blood pressure, or physical disabilities are not allowed to enter the ski resort. Thank you for your cooperation.
• The contents of the Doraemon Ski Experience Program cannot be used in conjunction with other courses or for self-sliding practice (without a coach).
• The Doraemon skiing experience is based on safety considerations. All participants in the skiing experience course must follow the store's regulations. This product is not suitable for self-skiing.

• Any related changes will be announced on the Doraemon Theme Science Park website without further notice.
• The Doraemon Ski Experience Course will only start if there are 3 people in the group class. If the number of people is not reached, please contact the official LINE first.
• When purchasing a package, please note that the package contents must be intact and unused before a refund can be made. If any product or gift in the package has been used, no return or refund will be accepted.
• Please be sure to pay attention to the business hours of the redemption store. If you cannot redeem during that period, please redeem during other normal business hours within the validity period.
• In addition to the regulations of "Natural Disaster Suspension of Office and Class Operations", the Hsinchu County Government decides to suspend announcements or class start and end times, which may affect the safety of tourists and must be fully or partially closed.
