Tickets are non-refundable in the event of bad weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.

Tickets are non-exchangeable for cash. Lost or damaged tickets will not be reissued or accepted.
Expired tickets will not be accepted, and extensions will not be granted under any circumstances.
DurianBB Academy reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
Required to present MyKad/Passport for verification at the collection counter. Failing which, a surcharge of MYR30 for children, MYR60 for adult will be charged during the ticket redemption
