The museum is fully wheelchair accessible, with surfaces suitable for strollers. Service animals are permitted inside the EPIC Museum.

EPIC Museum is open daily from 10am – 6.45pm, with final entry between 4:30–5pm. The museum remains closed from 24th to 26th December (inclusive). Allow around 90 minutes to complete the self-guided tour. Most standard tickets include a free return visit within 10 days. Genealogy consultations are offered both in person and online. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Infants aged 5 and under can enter free of charge.
