- Make sure the device used supports eSIM. Please dial *#06#. When EID appears, the device used supports eSIM.
- Write the date of use, telephone number and email in the note. (If there is no data, eSIM delivery will be delayed)
- eSIM can only scan up to 3 times with the same device.

- If the esim has been scanned, it is non-refundable.
- If there is a problem with the product, you must contact our CS first via Whatsapp (+628156080055) to get a solution.
- If the esim has not been scanned, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged.
- How to Activate eSIM: Scan the QR Code sent via email in the eSIM addition settings.
- eSIM will be sent H+1. If you need it faster (used on the same day) please chat admin/write in the notes for immediate processing.
