Tickets are date-specific and can’t be exchanged or refunded if unused. The 2-day ticket includes admission on your selected entry date, with a second visit available within the following five days. Both visits must be used within this validity period. Free entry applies to toddlers aged 0–3 (no ticket needed) and children up to 12 on their birthday with a valid passport. Parking is not included; it must be purchased separately (€10 per vehicle per day) with standard and reserved options available. Some attractions or shows may close due to severe weather or technical issues.
