• If the event needs to be canceled due to special circumstances, the organizer will notify participants via email by 12:00 AM (midnight) the day before the event.
• The organizer shall not be held liable for any accidents caused by failure to comply with staff instructions and precautions.
• No refund will be issued if you are unable to participate due to ineligibility or health/physical conditions. Please confirm before booking.
