Please have your entry tickets and a valid ID ready for a smooth check-in.

Baby strollers, prams, child carriers, and umbrellas are not permitted inside the venue. Outside food and drinks are not allowed. Luggage, suitcases, and large bags are not permitted. Pets are not allowed. Flash photography is strictly prohibited. Smoking is not permitted inside the venue. Children under 12 years of age must be supervised by an adult.

The venue is wheelchair accessible, except for the Hall’s tiered seating area. Two wheelchairs are available on site for visitor use. Guide dogs are welcome. Approximately 40 seats are available in the main exhibition space, and foldable chairs can be borrowed at the entrance. Light effects used in the exhibitions may not be suitable for visitors with epilepsy or vertigo. This experience is not suitable for children under 3 years of age.

The venue is located at Westergaspark in Amsterdam and is easily accessible by public transport. The Monet exhibition runs daily except Friday and Saturday from 5pm to 6pm. Each exhibition lasts approximately 40 minutes, and you are welcome to stay and watch them again. Tickets are valid for one day. Please check availability for your preferred start time. On site facilities include lockers, a cloakroom, and restrooms.
