Must Know

• Participant requirements: Height must be at least 110 cm. Applicants aged 6 to 70 years old and in good physical and mental health are recommended (registration will not be accepted for those under 110 cm).
• Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or older to register and pay for the event. Please also bring your personal health insurance card and ID.
• Participants are requested to bring their own water exploration clothing and towels for washing up. Shampoo, shower gel, and hair dryers are available in the on-site shower rooms.
• To ensure a smoother visit, visitors are not allowed to bring mobile phones, cameras, or photography equipment. Staff will assist in capturing your moments of connection with marine life and creating commemorative certificates.
• This program is open to registered participants only. As the activities take place in professional logistics areas and waterfront areas, there is a risk of danger if equipment is not worn. Therefore, relatives and friends who are not participating in the activities should not accompany them.
• Some of the tours require the wearing of professional protective clothing and special shoes. Please make sure to fill in the "height, weight, and shoe size" in the booking information.
• To protect the health of marine life, participants must cooperate with the guide throughout the educational trip.
• If there are any delays or changes to your itinerary before attending the event, please call us in advance.
• Photos or videos are intended as educational illustrations of the activities; the actual activities will be presented on-site.
• To ensure safety and protect animals and the conservation environment, participants are required to complete a "Health Declaration Form" for this trip.
