Carry all necessary travel documents, including visas and entry permits for both Singapore and Indonesia, as required. Have your booking confirmation code and any pre-departure documents ready for verification at the BatamFast counter. Bring a printed or digital copy of your Headout voucher for redemption.

Boarding is not permitted without complete and valid travel documents; incomplete requirements will result in denied boarding. No cancellations, rescheduling, or transfers are allowed after booking confirmation or boarding pass collection. Meals, travel insurance, and transfers to/from ferry terminals are not included and cannot be purchased on board. Large suitcases or oversized luggage may be restricted; check with the ferry operator for specific baggage policies. Dangerous goods, prohibited items, and pets (except registered service animals) are not allowed on board.
