Your guide will then show you around the Paspatur and fish market area so you can get your bearings. From there, you'll have free time to explore at your own pace. You can wander through the narrow streets, browse the shops, or grab some local favourite snacks like gozleme, a thin stuffed flatbread, and simit, a sesame-crusted bread ring, in one of the cosy cafes.

Market Experience

Then, it's off to the weekly market, where stalls pop up with everything from fresh produce and spices to clothes, bags, rugs, and ceramics. It's lively, colourful and ideal for practising your bartering skills. And, because the tour wraps up by midday, you'll be back at your hotel in time for a lazy afternoon by the pool.
