The dining experience begins with large olives and acorn-fed Iberian ham from Salamanca, followed by chicken and spinach croquettes. For starters, you have the choice between the chef's seasonal pureed vegetable soup or the refreshing Andalusian chilled tomato soup known as Gazpacho. Alternatively, opt for a Tudela Gem lettuce salad adorned with a vegetable garnish and special homemade dressing.

Main Course

For the main course, choose between a roasted fillet of hake served with stewed mixed vegetables and thinly sliced potatoes, or a filet mignon medallion drenched in a green pepper sauce accompanied by potato parmentier.

Dessert

To conclude your meal, select either a creamy chocolate mousse sprinkled with olive oil and salt or a classic Catalan crème brûlée. Drinks include water, wine or sangria, and coffee or tea.
