- Pets are not allowed in the zoo to protect the health and safety of the animals.
- No scooters, bicycles, or skateboards are allowed in the zoo.
- This admission ticket is only valid for daytime entry and cannot be used for the Boston Lantern Festival or Zoo Lantern Festival tickets.
- Scan your admission ticket to avoid re-entry
- Straws and alcohol are prohibited in the zoo.
