Bring your camera, binoculars, wind/shower-proof jacket, sun hat, sunscreen and sunglasses and seasickness medications.

Smoking and vaping are not allowed onboard.

Guests using light/manual wheelchairs can usually be accommodated if they have some mobility. There are two steps at the boarding area that guests must be able to manage (carer assistance is allowed). Not all areas of the vessel, including some viewing decks, are wheelchair accessible The main indoor area has a door sill of about 15 cm and restrooms also have a 15 cm door sill and limited space inside. Heavy or motorised wheelchairs are not suitable, as they cannot be lifted onboard. The maximum wheelchair width allowed onboard is 67 cm.

Facilities: toilets. Please note that your allocated seats may be released to stand-by passengers if you do not check in at least 15 minutes before departure. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult or guardian. If guests don’t see any dolphins or whales, they’ll receive a free return voucher for themselves and their group. There’s no expiry and can be used anytime they visit again.
