Booking FAQs

Carry as little as possible on the kayak, such as a waterproof camera and a water bottle. If you have to carry any medication, waterproof bags will be provided. Bring along your hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, swimwear, towel, and an extra layer of clothes.

Safety is a priority, so the kayak experience is restricted to guests who cannot swim. You must be able to swim a lap of a pool unaided to participate. For safety reasons, guests under the age of 7 years are not allowed on this experience. Guests under the weight of 25kg (56lb) and over the weight of 115kg (253lb) are not allowed on this experience.

This experience is not wheelchair and pram/stroller-accessible. This experience is not the best fit for pregnant people.

If you are already in Costa Brava, you can arrange to meet the group there by prior arrangement. The tour may be cancelled in case of steady rain, strong wind, thunderstorms, high waves, or jellyfish blooms.
