Booking FAQs

Carry a valid ID or passport to get your tickets validated. Wear comfortable walking shoes to navigate the cobbled streets, hilly terrain, and coastal paths. Bring a light jacket or sweater, as Montserrat’s mountainous weather can be cooler.

Large suitcases or bulky luggage are not permitted on the tour. Flash photography and tripods are restricted in the Montserrat Monastery. Eating and drinking are not allowed inside the Montserrat Monastery. The monastery has a strict dress code: men and women must dress appropriately at this religious site. Men and women must wear shoes that cover their knees and shoulders. Entering the monastery in flip-flops is prohibited. Entering the Basilica during acts of worship is prohibited unless you’re taking part in them.

This tour is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Make sure to arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure. The itinerary may change due to weather conditions or site restrictions. The Arab Baths in Girona are closed on Sundays and will be replaced by another activity. There is a minimum number of people required to operate the tour. If this isn't met, you may be provided an alternative date, another tour of equal or superior value, or a full refund. The visit to the Moreneta is subject to availability and depends on the season, as there may be up to 2 hours of queue.
