Booking FAQs

Bring a camera to capture photo stops and the stunning waterfall views. Wear comfortable walking shoes with good grip, as the tour includes walking paths behind waterfalls and uneven terrain. Dress appropriately for the weather, as parts of the tour are outdoors. Bring a valid photo ID if requested at check-in.

Smoking is not allowed. Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not permitted on the tour bus. Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals. Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited during the tour.

This experience is not wheelchair accessible due to walking paths behind waterfalls and uneven terrain.
