Booking FAQs

Bring comfortable walking shoes, as the tour includes walking on uneven and cobblestone surfaces. Bring weather-appropriate clothing and a raincoat or umbrella in case of rain. Bring a valid photo ID to match the name on your booking if requested at the meeting point. Bring water and snacks, as lunch is not included. Bring Hungarian forints or a credit card for personal expenses and entry fees not included in the tour.

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed on the tour bus for safety and comfort reasons. Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals. Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited during the tour.

This experience is not wheelchair accessible. The tour involves walking on uneven surfaces and climbing stairs, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Boat return tickets are included from Thursday to Sunday between May and September, while the return journey is by bus on all other days. Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The itinerary and duration may be subject to change due to traffic, weather, or operational reasons. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
