Children under 4 years cannot participate in the zipline, cenote swim, or ATV activities. Children under 6 years cannot participate in horseback riding. Guests under 1 m (3.2 ft) in height cannot participate in horseback riding. Guests weighing over 120 kg (265 lb) or with a waist measurement exceeding 1.24 m (49 in) cannot use the ziplines. Guests weighing over 110 kg (242 lb) cannot participate in horseback riding. Only guests aged 18 and above may drive a single ATV. Only guests aged 16 and above may drive a shared ATV when accompanied by a paying adult. Personal cameras, mobile phones, and other electronic devices are not permitted during the activities.
