Bring sunglasses, sunscreen, a long-sleeved shirt, comfortable shoes, and a sun hat for protection and comfort during the tour. Carry a bottle of water to stay hydrated throughout the day. Bring a camera or smartphone for photos, but be mindful of restrictions in sacred areas.

Sleeveless tops, shorts, and skirts above the knee are not permitted inside Thai temples. Shoulders and knees must be covered. Shoes must be removed before entering the main chapel of any temple. Smoking, alcohol, and drugs are strictly prohibited during the tour and at all sites visited. Pets are not allowed on the tour.

This experience is not wheelchair accessible.

The distance from Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai is approximately 172 km one-way; please be prepared for a long drive of about 3 hours each way. Hotel pickup is provided between 7–7:45am; please be ready in the hotel lobby at your scheduled time. The tour operates in small groups of up to 12 participants for a more personalized experience. A set menu lunch is included; please inform your guide of any dietary restrictions in advance. Respectful behavior and dress are required at all temple sites. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours in advance. The tour is led by a live guide fluent in English and Thai.
