Bring a valid photo ID to match the name on your booking if requested at the entrance. Wear modest clothing that covers shoulders and knees, especially when visiting religious sites such as mosques and temples. Carry a scarf or shawl for additional coverage if required at religious sites.

Eating, drinking, and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle during transfer services. Taking photographs of people without their permission is not allowed, especially in conservative areas. Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited on the premises. Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not permitted during the tour.

Tickets will be handed to you by the guide or driver on the day of travel. Transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Marina, and nearby locations). The timings for transfers may vary depending on traffic conditions and your location. All personal expenses for shopping, drinks, dining, and other on-site purchases are not included in your ticket. Please check the official website for updates regarding ride closures at Ferrari World, including the Formula Rossa maintenance period from Oct 13 to Nov 16, 2025. Please maintain respectful behavior and adhere to local customs when visiting cultural and religious sites. Please note that multi-park ticket holders at Yas Island theme parks will enter using face scan at the turnstiles. Guests must register by scanning the QR code on their ticket, selecting Register Face Tag, entering personal details, accepting the terms, and uploading a face photo. Each guest must complete their own registration, and it is recommended to do this in advance to avoid entry delays.
