Booking FAQs
Bring your booking confirmation and present it to a Big Bus Tours staff member at least 15 minutes before departure. Wear clothing appropriate for the weather, as the buses are open-top and you may be exposed to the elements.
Strollers and pushchairs must be folded and stowed on the lower deck during the journey.
The lower deck of the bus is wheelchair accessible.
The tour departs from Big Bus Tours Stop #1 at 13 Upper O'Connell Street, Dublin, at 9:45am and 2pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Infants must be seated on laps during the journey. Strollers, prams, and luggage can be brought on the bus but must be stored on the lower deck.
