Children under 12 are not permitted on the distillery tour due to safety regulations set by the distillery.

The guides are unable to assist with wheelchairs or provide physical assistance during boarding or disembarking from the coach. Passengers should be capable of boarding and disembarking independently using the access stairs or with the help of a travelling companion. Foldable wheelchairs can be stored in the onboard luggage storage during travel. Please note that some stops on the tours may involve rough terrain or only be accessible by steps.

Audio guide links will be provided after booking. Please download over Wi-Fi. Children aged 12 to 17 can join the whisky distillery tour free of charge. Please note that they must be accompanied by an adult and will not be served alcohol. Return times are approximate and subject to road conditions and weather.
