Booking FAQs
Bring a valid passport or ID card for each traveler, as this is required for passenger insurance. Wear warm clothing, including gloves and warm shoes, as you will spend time outdoors and at higher altitudes.
After booking, you must provide the full name and passport number of each traveler for passenger insurance purposes. Hotel pick-up is available between 7:45am and 9:00am, depending on your hotel’s location; your exact pick-up time will be shared with you between 2:00pm and 5:00pm on the day before the tour. Please be ready in your hotel lobby at the confirmed pick-up time. If the vehicle cannot access your hotel due to traffic restrictions, narrow streets, or location limitations, you will be provided with the nearest and most convenient meeting point.
