Booking FAQs
The tour schedule might differ due to weather and sea conditions. The buffet lunch is rather limited for vegetarian people: Rice with vegetables and fruits. Rain in Southern Thailand is very unpredictable and can happen anytime. Even if it rains, the tour is guaranteed to happen if conditions are safe, and no refund will be granted. Rainfall is usually short and can stop anytime. Whether it is possible to go to the Emerald Cave can only be checked on a daily basis. If the waves are too high, the cave cannot be entered, and we are not responsible for this. You need to swim through a narrow dark cave of 80 meters to reach the lagoon. The Andaman sea is a rough sea with usually big waves and it might be a bumpy ride. Please prepare a pill for seasickness if you have a sensitive stomach. Minimum age of participation is 4. Pregnant women not allowed in this experience due to safety reasons. Maximum 45 people are allowed on 1 speedboat.
