Booking FAQs
Voucher & ID: Carry a digital voucher along with a government-issued ID on the day of the cruise. Clothing: Wear comfortable shoes, a sun hat, swimwear, and a light jacket for the sea breeze. Essentials: Bring a towel, sunscreen, and a camera for comfort and photos.
Prohibited items: Smoking, intoxication, non-folding and electric wheelchairs, glass objects, and party groups are not allowed.
Wheelchair access: This tour is not suitable for guests bound to a wheelchair or those with mobility impairments. Guests with seasickness: This experience is not suitable for guests who are prone to getting seasick.
Transfers: Round-trip transfers run from Playa Blanca, Puerto del Carmen, and Costa Teguise from the nearest pick-up point. Puerto Calero pickup: Pickup from Puerto Calero is only available on Thursdays. Languages: A German and Italian-speaking guide is available only on request. Dietary needs: Vegetarian and celiac diets can be catered for if you notify the operator in advance.
