Booking FAQs
Voucher & ID: Carry a digital voucher along with a valid, government-issued ID on the day of the cruise. Swimwear: Carry a swimsuit along with other essentials like a towel, sunscreen, a camera, and a hat. Jacket: Carry a light jacket as the breeze can get a little chilly out on the open water.
Glass objects: Carrying glass objects is strictly prohibited on the boat. Non-folding wheelchairs: Wheelchairs that cannot be folded are not permitted on the boat. Electric wheelchairs: Electric wheelchairs aren't allowed on this tour. Party groups: This tour is not meant for party groups.
Wheelchair access: This tour is generally not recommended for wheelchair users. If you do join the cruise, ensure that your wheelchair is foldable.
Pick-ups: Pickup is not available from Playa Blanca on Sundays, Mondays, or Wednesdays. German & Italian tours: A German- and Italian-speaking guide is available on request. Dietary changes: Vegetarian and celiac diets can be catered for with prior notification. Weather-related itinerary changes: Please bear in mind that the itinerary may change due to unsuitable weather conditions. In case the tour is cancelled due to poor weather, you'll be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
