Guests 18 years and older must bring a government-issued form of identification.

Hotel pick-up/drop-offs are available from select hotels on the Las Vegas Strip and the Downtown area. Passengers weighing 300 pounds (136 kg) or more will be charged for an additional comfort seat. Layered clothing is recommended from March - Sept, and winter clothing from Oct to mid-March. Sneakers or hiking boots are highly recommended. In the event of an increased price of aviation fuel, a per-person fuel surcharge may apply. No-show reservations will be canceled if the passenger has not checked in at least 45 minutes before flight time.

Purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft due to limited space. Use of 'selfie sticks' and extended camera poles is strictly prohibited in and around the aircraft. Passengers under the age of 15 cannot travel alone and must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 years or older.
