This experience is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Pena Palace is not wheelchair accessible due to the steps and climbs along the entire route.

The tour operates in small groups of up to 8 people. For bookings with more than 8 passengers, the service will be carried out in two minivans to ensure all participants take the tour together. In case of wildfires, the Pena Palace park visit will be replaced with Queluz Palace, and in case of a strike, it will be replaced with Regaleira Estate.
