Bring comfortable walking shoes suitable for uneven surfaces and extended walking. Dress appropriately for the weather and for cave temperatures, which can be significantly cooler than outside. Bring snacks or a packed lunch, especially in winter when fewer restaurants may be open. Bring cash or a card for entrance fees, optional activities, and personal expenses. Carry a valid photo ID to match the name on your booking if requested at pick-up or entrance.

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the attractions for security reasons. Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals. Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited on the tour and at all sites. Smoking is not permitted inside vehicles or at the attractions. Flash photography, tripods, and filming equipment may be restricted inside certain sites.

This experience is not wheelchair accessible. The tour involves walking on uneven surfaces, stairs, and steep paths at the attractions.

The tour departs from Ljubljana at 8am and returns in the evening; total duration is approximately 10.5–12 hours. Entrance fees to attractions may not be included in all ticket options and must be paid separately if not specified in your booking. Optional activities such as the Pletna boat ride and entry to the Church of the Assumption are not included and can be purchased on site. The tour requires a minimum of two participants to operate. Itinerary and timings are subject to change due to local conditions or operational requirements.
