This tour is not wheelchair or pram/stroller accessible. Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

Photography is strictly prohibited at Windsor Castle. Large backpacks and pushchairs are not allowed inside the Windsor Castle State Apartments. Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

Tours operate daily except December 24–26. Windsor Castle is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. On these days, tickets including entry are unavailable; instead, guests enjoy a walking tour of Windsor. St. George’s Chapel at Windsor is closed on Sundays, and the State Apartments may occasionally be closed on other days. Members of English Heritage and the National Trust England receive free entry to Stonehenge.
