Bring comfortable walking shoes, as the tour involves extensive walking, inclines, and stairs. Carry a valid photo ID matching the name on your booking if requested at check-in. Bring weather-appropriate clothing and sun protection.

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed on the tour bus. Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals. Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited during the tour.

A minimum of 2 participants is required for the tour to operate; if not met, the tour may be rescheduled or refunded. Children under 3 years old can join the tour for free; ages 4–8 receive a 30% discount; ages 9 and above pay the adult price. The tour is conducted in both English and Spanish. If you're traveling with infants, please mention their exact age when booking to have a child seat arranged for the bus. If you have dietary requirements or allergies, inform the operator at the time of booking and at check-in. If you are unable to keep up with the group during walking tours, the guide will provide a meeting point in each city, and you can spend some free time there until pickup. If you choose a tour without lunch, you'll have free time to grab a meal at your own expense.
