Wear comfortable clothing and footwear: there is a lot of walking during the activity. Bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen and a water bottle. Full names are mandatory for Pompeii bookings. Big dogs (above the weight 10kg and the height of 40cm) are not allowed into the venue. Guide dogs with the proper certification are welcome.

Nobody likes a crowd. A single group has a maximum of 20 people. Facilities: cloakroom, luggage storage. Head to the Superiore Entrance to make use of the onsite luggage facilities. The fee for the excavation sites of Pompeii is free for all first Sundays of the month.
