Booking FAQs

Have your ID ready for a seamless experience. Wear comfortable walking shoes, as the tour includes walking on uneven surfaces. Dress appropriately for the weather; a light jacket or raincoat is recommended, especially in the mountains. Bring water and snacks, as food and drinks are not included.

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed on the tour. Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals. Smoking, alcohol, and drugs are strictly prohibited on the coach and during the tour. Pick up from apartments and hostels is not possible.

This experience is not wheelchair accessible.

The tour ends at the Vienna State Opera, Albertinaplatz; hotel drop-off is not included. Depending on group size, the tour may be conducted by minivan with a driver-guide or by bus with a licensed guide. From September 2025 to August 2026, the lift fee to the World Heritage Skywalk is not included.
