Bring biodegradable sunscreen, sunglasses, and a sun hat for sun protection. Bring swimwear and a towel if you wish to swim during the tour. Bring binoculars for birdwatching and a jacket in case of cooler weather. Bring a valid photo ID if requested at check-in. Bring cash or card for the mandatory National Park Lake Skadar fee (€5 per person; free for children 14 years and younger), as this is not included in your ticket.

Littering is strictly prohibited throughout the experience. Picking water lilies or disturbing local flora and fauna is not allowed.

Check-in is required 30 minutes before your scheduled departure at the Kingfisher information desk near the central bridge in Virpazar. If you are running late, notify the operator via WhatsApp with your name, scheduled departure, and estimated arrival time. The tour may be canceled or rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions such as rain or strong winds. You will be contacted promptly in the event of any changes. The National Park Lake Skadar fee is mandatory and not included in the tour price.
